A modern enterprise recruitment platform designed to automate candidate sourcing, code compilation evaluations, screening, workflow pipeline progression, and structured feedback for hiring teams.
📖 Developer Documentation
Get started by checking out our internal developer onboarding and setup documentation:
- 🚀 Onboarding Guide (docs/Onboarding.md): Read this first. Covers access requests (Read-Write permissions for this repo and Read-Only for Piston), technology stack references, and development pre-requisites.
- ⚙️ Setup Guide (docs/SETUP.md): Guide to setting up your local machine, running the containerized Docker Compose dev stack (FastAPI, Redis, Piston), configuring local PostgreSQL, environment variables templates, and Cloudflare Pages SSO configuration for Docusaurus docs.
- 🏛️ System Architecture (docs/ARCHITECTURE.md): Deep-dive into high-level workflows, multi-tenancy models (row-level isolation), data flows, and directories structures.
- 🔑 RBAC Permissions (docs/RBAC.md): Information about the 6 default user roles and 20 granular permissions enforcing access control.
- 📡 API Reference (docs/API.md): Complete details of our REST API endpoints, routing schemes, and request/response payloads.
🛠 Features Overview
- Multi-Tenant Isolation: Row-level database separation enforced dynamically through API-middleware to ensure complete data security.
- AI Orchestration: Built-in integrations with Anthropic Claude and AWS Bedrock for candidate scoring, resume parsing, question generation, and offer drafting.
- Interactive Code Assessments: Self-hosted execution engine utilizing Piston sandboxes to safely compile and run candidate answers in 12+ coding languages.
- Sourcing Pipeline: Background multi-channel sourcing engine scraping developer profiles and fuzzy deduping them.
- Background Workers: Managed asynchronous pipelines running notifications, audit logging, and reminders using
arq and Redis.
🚦 Workflows & Pipelines (CI/CD)
The platform runs the following GitHub Action workflows:
- CI - Verification: Triggered on PRs. Validates Python Flake8 linter formatting, compiles frontend TypeScript, and verifies that there is only one Alembic head migration in the repository history (to prevent branch database conflicts).
- Release & Deploy: Auto-deploys successfully tested staging updates, writes changelogs via
semantic-release, and structures EC2 staging environment via AWS SSM commands.
- Rollback Pipeline: Utility workflow to roll back target systems to any specified historical deployment version tag.
